Paul arrived in Victoria in the early �80s. He has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and communities within and around Victoria, and has experienced firsthand the dramatic changes in real estate in the greater Victoria area. Paul has received some of the best professional training as a buyer�s consultant over the past two years. Previewing properties on the market daily, Paul knows the current inventory and is aware of the latest market conditions at all times. Specializing in the field of residential real estate, Paul's clients include first-time, move-up and new construction home buyers, as well as investors purchasing land and rental properties.

In addition to Paul�s experience and knowledge of the local market as a full-time Buyer�s Specialist, Paul was a business owner, working with the government and the public. When it comes to negotiating, Paul has experience! Working with troubled teens for the past 15 years has also contributed a vast amount of experience dealing people in a calm and professional manner.
