Michael has been a licensed Realtor and active in the Victoria real estate industry for over 25 years and offers his clients extensive experience in residential and commercial development, sales, leasing, construction and management.
In his real estate career Mike has consistently been a top Realtor in the Victoria marketplace and has structured hundreds of real estate transactions. He began his career working for Canada Trust Real Estate specializing in equestrienne estate acreage and hobby farms. After a few years in the residential marketplace, his business evolved towards the land development and construction industry where Michael was lead managing partner for a number of Victoria area development projects.
Born and raised in Victoria, Michael’s move to commercial real estate allows him to assist clients with his expertise in land development and construction. He is a determined, creative, and persuasive agent with excellent communication and negotiating skills. Michael has been involved in many purchase and sale transactions in Greater Victoria and the WestShore, more specifically and recently on the $3.5m sale of a downtown Langford office building.
