In 2017 there was a big shift in the mortgage industry. In order to fully understand qualifying, purchasing and building real estate portfolios, I needed to step up my A game  by adding real estate trading services to my resume.  

Being dual-licensed is unique and rare as a unicorn. It is also a powerful time-saver, money saver and very convenient. You can virtually be approved in the am, shopping in the afternoon and on route to being a happy homeowner.
