My real estate career began in the fall of 1977 in Winnipeg, MB. Born and raised there, I saw this industry as a great opportunity to learn about the business of real estate. From residential construction and appraisal to sales and marketing, it offered so much diversity and challenge for the right individual. Early on in my career, I realized that a background in psychology, real estate law, accounting, and the art of communication would be of great benefit to my profession. My portfolio includes both innovative marketing strategies along with strong negotiating skills as they are an integral part of the real estate business. In addition, my interest and love of photography has allowed me to incorporate this creative skill into my business as a value-added service, by offering a unique presentation of each home that is listed for sale.

Having two children of my own have also allowed me to meet many other families in the community through the schools and local sports as well as volunteer work wherever possible.
